Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This policy explains how LDMB LLC ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data. LDMB LLC is the data controller for the processing described here.
1. Data we collect
- Contact and business data — name, email address, company name, billing address and the content of your messages, when you contact us or become a client.
- Transaction data — the plan purchased, amount, currency, date, and the outcome of the payment. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Project data — brand assets, credentials or platform access you choose to share with us to perform the services.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in server logs when you browse this website.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps prior to a contract).
- To deliver the services and manage the client relationship (performance of a contract).
- To take payment, issue invoices and prevent fraud (contract and legal obligation).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client data to train third-party advertising profiles.
3. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical data recorded by our hosting provider's server logs is processed. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this page and request consent where required.
4. Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to operate the business:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, invoicing and fraud prevention.
- Our email and hosting providers — communications and website delivery.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) — where required to run and measure campaigns on your behalf, using the accounts and budgets you authorise.
- Email sending platforms — where required to deliver campaigns you commission.
These providers act on our instructions or as independent controllers for their own compliance purposes, and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose data where legally required.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United States and some of our providers process data in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those territories, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
- Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 12 months.
- Client and project records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by applicable tax law (generally 7 years).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it).
To exercise any right, email contact@ldmbllc.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption in transit and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date.
